Shipping and Payments 

Holos Health USA ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Paid orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time or over a weekend ship the next business day. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. 

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Holos Health USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider. 

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. If a package is refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, no refund or replacement will be issued. 

Payment in full is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options shown at checkout. For ACH or e-Check payments, you authorize a one-time debit for the full order amount from your specified account. Once authorized, these payments cannot be cancelled or modified. 

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Holos Health USA protects all transactions using 256-bit SSL encryption. Customer data is stored securely and used only for order fulfilment and customer service. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
