Returns & Refund Policy
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Every product is manufactured and stored under strict quality control standards. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or reused due to safety and regulatory reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact info@holoshealthusa.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, Holos Health USA will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no cost. Replacements are the only remedy available; monetary refunds are not issued.
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. To request cancellation, contact info@holoshealthusa.com immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.
Please verify all shipping details, billing information, and product selections before completing checkout. Holos Health USA is not responsible for incorrect orders or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
If a package is lost, delayed, or seized by customs or a shipping carrier, Holos Health USA will assist with tracking or inquiries when possible. However, because such events are beyond our control, no refunds or replacements will be issued once an order has been handed to the carrier.
No products may be returned to Holos Health USA without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and destroyed without credit.
