Orders & Eligibility
Holos Health USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if misuse, fraudulent activity, or lack of research qualifications is suspected. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final once shipped.
Products cannot be returned or reused once they leave our facility due to safety and regulatory standards. However, if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
After verification, we will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no cost. Monetary refunds are not issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.
Please ensure all shipping details, billing information, and product selections are correct before completing checkout.
Shipping Information
Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Paid orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Timetypically ship the same business day.
Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and Holos Health USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external events.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.
Lost or Seized Packages
If a shipment is lost, delayed, or seized by customs or a shipping carrier, Holos Health USA will assist with tracking inquiries where possible. However, once a package has been handed to the carrier, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed.
Payment & Security
Payment in full is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options shown at checkout.
